In 2024, the brand was in search of a new creative platform that would deliver global, distinct and engaging work.

So we created a new brand mascot, personifying an iconic hotel symbol: Meet Bellboy – global hotel insider, loyalty strategist & resident travel expert.

Whether he’s encouraging travelers to take action to catchy jingles across TikTok or dropping expert hotel knowledge on TV or a barge along South Beach, Bellboy does all the heavy lifting without ever touching a bag.

For Bellboy’s very first assignment, we gave him the passwords to our social accounts so he could do what he does best: Help travelers make the most of each and every stay.


Born a real puppet, growing up in the digital world

Across paid social and broadcast, we had the opportunity to bring Bellboy to life as a puppet, interacting with guests and expressing his savvy nature in his most comfortable habitat – hotels.

For more immediate and channel-specific comms, Bellboy turned digital, which allows him to appear natively in various environments and scalable contexts.
