Vejo


In 2019, I joined health start-up Vejo as their Global Creative Director. During my tenure, I built a cohesive brand across all consumer touch-points from web UX/UI to packaging and product development, in addition to leading creative production, steering key partnerships, and directing creative resources for the brand.
As a private start-up, Vejo’s budgets were incredibly modest. All of the work you see here was developed by our small yet mighty team. 

I deeply enjoyed building this brand from the ground up—a product that’s both good for people and the planet. It gave me a unique vantage point from which to learn about the business, the technology, and all that comes with building a DTC brand.


New Brand Identity


A flexible design language that comes from the heart of the brand: the Vejo Blends. Revealing the fun and otherwise hidden process of blending, due to Vejo’s non see-through mixer. Colorful, dynamic, and versatile textures for all digital and analog applications, bringing the brand’s core attributes to life. Let’s Vejo!



Gen2 Product Development


From colors and finishes, button UI and pod UX, to final quality control—a bigger, stronger, better Vejo, inside and out.




Blend Packaging


We redesigned all packaging based on the new visual language – highlighting each Blend’s unique ingredients and displaying the brand’s colorful variety.





Blender Packaging


We designed a clean and simple package for the Gen2 blender that created both a delightful and informative unboxing experience.





Digital UX & UI


The task was to build a robust e-comm framework that could support a variety of product offerings including subscriptions and ‘build-your-own’ bundles, while also driving excitement and education around the Vejo lifestyle.
